Meet the Provider
I grew up in El Paso, Texas, where my journey into the field of mental health first began. As a Psychiatric and Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I bring both clinical expertise and genuine compassion to my practice. I am deeply committed to helping individuals and their families navigate the complexities of mental health with care, respect, and understanding.
Building meaningful connections with my patients is a cornerstone of my approach. I believe in treating each person as a unique individual—not simply a diagnosis—by listening closely and honoring their lived experiences. While symptom management is important, my work goes beyond the surface to address the whole person.
Through an integrative psychiatry approach, I combine evidence-based psychiatric care with innovative holistic therapies. This comprehensive model allows us to explore underlying contributors to mental health concerns while supporting overall well-being.
Outside of my professional work, I value balance and connection in my own life. In my free time, I enjoy reading, traveling, and spending quality time with my family and my three dogs. These experiences ground me and reinforce the importance of nurturing both mental and emotional well-being. I invite you to join me on a journey toward deeper understanding, healing, and balance in a supportive and encouraging environment.

There is always help available. We also recommend reaching out to a family member or friend to let them know that you need help and support.
If this is not a life-threatening emergency, Bliss Behavioral Health. Our Crisis Care program helps individuals who are experiencing suicidal thoughts and feelings and provides hope for the future. Please note that Crisis Care should not be used if you are seriously planning to harm yourself now or in the very near future. In those instances, 988 or 911 are appropriate resources, and we can be here to help in the future.
Your cost per appointment will depend on your insurance. We recommend that you talk to your insurance company directly to confirm your exact cost.
Typically, you will pay a copay for each appointment—just like you would if you visited the doctor or urgent care. There may be other costs depending on whether you have a prescription, a remaining deductible, or coinsurance. Your insurance covers the rest.
If you are paying out of pocket, a psychiatric assessment is $200.
